MA-FCC
Membership
Membership in MA-FCC is open to all families with children adopted from China. The cost for a family membership is $15 per calendar year if paid before 1/30/10, or $20 per calendar year if paid after 1/30/10. The fee for new members is $15 regardless of joining time. This fee helps cover our printing and mailing costs, and allows us to purchase supplies for the events and resource materials for our lending library. Membership fees are collected annually each December.

Please print and return the membership form to Lisa Meder with your payment. You may either include a check with the membership form or pay via paypal below.
For Returning Members:
You can now pay on-line by clicking on the “Pay Now” button below. If there are no changes to your registration form, you don't need to do anything else! If you do have changes to your information, either mail your completed registration form and write “PayPal” at the bottom of the form or email with the corrections/changes.
Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. You can pay via credit card, checking account transfer, or PayPal.
